Output Size Compensation

I have had to adjust this in the past because our 8ft banners etc were printing about 2 inches too short. I haven't done this in a while, but have noticed contour cutting errors on large pieces. I tried to adjust this today in the production manager, but after I reset it, it is still printing the exact same size. Any suggestions?

What is printing the same size? The test print or something else that you are printing. The correction does not effect the test print it alway prints the length it is set for withour correction.

The test print on the output compensation. Shouldn't it print 12x12 after the correction?

I think it always prints what it thinks is 12x12...then you just adjust the compensation and apply

No it will not. If you want to check it after making the compensation you have to draw a 12 x 12 box and print it from Flexi.
