overspray with magenta

hope someone can help, i've got a sc540 in the last 4 weeks whenever i print blue or anyother colour that requires a blast of magenta i get what can only be described as overspray very fine red coloured mist running inline with the magenta colour, so if i print a font in red onto white vinyl i get this misty line i've cleaned replaced dampers but new ink and cleaned the lines im worried it could be a head any help would much appreciated

Posting a pic would be helpful. However, if it is a defined magenta line then it sounds like your magenta head might be out of alignment. Overspray usually doesn't show up in a uniform pattern or line.
