Paint Protection Film

This is for a personal project... I should be getting my car out of the shop any day now, and would like to apply some paint protection film to the front bumper. Does anyone have any experience with this stuff? I'm wondering which are some of the better brands... I found a couple places to get the pre-cut patterns, but don't know which material would work best.

3M, Avery Nano Fusion, Ventureshield, Aerogard, Clearmask AR??

Also wondering about ease of installation...
