Painted Wall Drying Time

I have a customer who is painting his wall today and would like to have black vinyl applied to it. How long should we wait until that paint is dry and doesn't do any funky business later on.

In your area..a couple of days should be enough....unless he is using a flat latex...because it will probably never stick.

Don't watch it dry. It will take longer..........
