Panel job changes/leaves out one color

So I am printing some decals that are small and some that are large (they are all the same design). Small decals print fine (blue prints blue). But when I split the larger decal up into 2 panels the blue prints a very light gray. Not even close to the color it is supposed to be. I can turn around and print a small one and it prints fine so I know it's not the printer. It seems to be a Flexi problem because I have problems about once a week where it is like Flexi doesn't send the proper color on some designs. I can have 2 different designs both printing the exact same red (as an example) in the file and one will print red and the other will print pink (or some other random color). I can reprint the sheet and it will print fine. And just like this panel issue, sometimes simply turning the design around in PM will fix the issue. Other times I have to restart PM...or do both. Not sure what the actual fix is because normally when this starts I have to try about 5 combinations before it prints the right color. Anyone seen anything like this?...or have a fix? This normally happens on my Roland VSi but I have had similar things happen on my old SP-v (though a lot less frequently).
