Part of image missing when tiling on Onyx 10

I have a 6.0x2.5mt graphic tiled over 6 drops (1.0x2.5mt ea).

The last two panels had some parts of the image missing, a white bar through one image on one panel, and on the other - half the image (quite a large part of the panels area) completely missing.

The file was a PDF/X-1a:2001 1.3 flattened file, run on our Onyx 10 SW.

I could print both the panels no problem with tiling turned off, manually selecting which area to run - through Onyx.

Just wondered if anyone had experienced any weird issues like this whilst tiling.

I have run plenty of tiled jobs through the RIP without any issues so far.
