Need Help Partial Cuts

I was cutting a few sheets today and it's not using the barcode to read the sheet I set it over the start positon then send the cut data via onyx cut server.

However I noticed on every sheet the far column would only do a half cut on every sticker in that column. I don't know why, the cut files are file but for some reason when I send jobs this way it ends up doing this and I cannot figure out why.

Can anyone enlighten me on what it might be or possible solutions?

No. They're always like that and never had any problems.

I did try moving a pinch roller slightly out, about 1/8", and I tried to cut that column again and it cut the full circle.
I didn't get any messages like it was Off-Scale or anything like that. Just seems odd and if there is a way to tell if a pinch roller is too close before cutting on sheets with minimal extra space.
