Need Help Parts and info for a reliable old vinyl cutter

My Graphtec FC4100-75 30" vinyl cutter is a beauty! I notice that the drive belt for the cut knife is dissolving and I would love to replace that belt. Are there any compatible replacement parts and does a schematic of the plotter exist to help show how it fits in the machine?
