Patterns resizing from Illustrator to Flexi

Everytime I save the print file and open it in Flexi, it resizes down the pattern. Anyway I can change a setting in AI or flexi to make it stop?

Saving as pdf then opening in flexi or just opening the ai file?
rasterize the pattern?

export it as a png. You might have to make it larger when you get it into flexi. For example, You can compress it in a 52x30 jpg or png but when it comes into flexi, it might be sized proportionally smaller. Then just resize it to the correct size when it comes into flexi.

I say export it in a png because you can still do contour cutting around your graphic.
