Pause on HP Latex 360

This seems like a silly question but I haven't been able to find the answer anywhere. How do you pause an HP Latex 360? We are having issues with the take-up reel and need to be able to pause the printer and correct the take-up reel before it jams, but there doesn't seem to be any option to pause on the printer.
