When I go to cut using a serial cable the LCD on the Machine says Working COM0-Connection. Nothing else happens. Can anyone help with this problem

You should take a moment to introduce yourself.......Folks here tend to ignore folks they know little about......However, having said that, you probably will not get much action on your brand of cutter.....
