Need Help Peck 6 To VP-540i Not Connecting But I Can Print With VW...

OK so I have Peck 6.80, and when I go to "Select Port" it is set to Type3 which has the VP in there. The IP address is the same one that Versa Works shows, and VW works. If click "Restart" after the IP address it communicates.

But then when I go to "Get Report" the small communicating window opens but unlike the "Restart" there is no blue progress in the progress bar, and after a time it says "Failed to connect", then "Failed to get report". It does this for "Get Parameters" as well.

I did recently upgrade the firmware from 4.7 to 4.8 successfully though.

Is there something I am supposed to do with the printer to get the Reports and Parameters?

OK so I got it to give me the report, but it still is not getting the parameter file.

Not sure if you figured it out already or not, but the printer Sub Power has to be off to get the parameters.
