Need Help Peck Gets Report But Won't Get Parameters?

I have Peck 7.3, and it will get the report, but will not get the parameters. I have Peck, not Co-Peck...

This is for my VP-540i.

Any tips?

How much peck could a co-peck peck if a co-peck could peck peck?

I got the answer. I turned the printer off at both switches. Then turn on just the power on the back. The Peck "Get Parameters" worked then.

Big secret. WTF.
