Need Help Perf Cut Woes (Graphtec 8600)

I'm having trouble with perf/flex cuts on my Graphtec 8600. My kiss cuts are pretty much fine - they're off by maybe 1/64 inch on the x axis and I can work around that for now. On the exact same file, though, my perf cuts are off by almost 3/16" on the x axis. I have a picture attached if that helps explain what's going on. I can change my axis origin offset to fix the perf cuts, but then my kiss cuts will be off... Any insight is appreciated!

Why don't you set up a 2nd or 3rd condition for Perf only say. I believe you can set up certain parameters within the condition such as the x axis? I may be mistaken but...seems like that is an option.

are you putting the knife into position 3 before sending the perf cut?

It looks like he/she is, but the condition is not set to use position 3.
