Perfcut image boundsries

Hi,

My image boundaries which is versaworks always gets stuck in one corner. Not sure why or how to resolve it?
Any advise please
I have attached an image of the issue. It's a percutaneous, 60 degree blade.

if you are processing EPS files go to file management and set the eps margin to 2mm

if you are using illustrator untick use art-board when saving/exporting eps files
also add bleed to PDF

I added the 2mm under the versaw settings. Will try, I was adding eps files and did not see any bleed wil try not using artboard. Thank you
