we are having some issues with EconoVu perforated vinyl... this is white face clack back for see throiugh windows...
The perforated vinyl with the solid wax backing does not allow the UV inks to fully adhere to the backing so when the ink cures some of the holes are filled in with ink on the final product.
We used to use ClassicVu Perforated vinyl and it had a clear release liner (with another perforated wax liner attached to that) so that the UV ink would not fill in the holes.
We are currently looking for a solution. Any suggestions?
