Have a customer at a apartment complex that wants stickers made that they can put on windows of cars that are to be towed. they want it where there is a fill in the blank so they can put date and reason for tow. question is has anyone ever done this before if so what did you use? Can i use just a cheap house type vinyl and leave un-laminated and it not smear or rub off? thanks in advance

Besides the rest of it, I would be sure to use a easy removable adhesive. Not that the end users are going to be complaining to you about it.
