permenent chip problem - not detected

Hi everybody,

I was doing head wash by filling up the cartridges with the flush solution and removing chips from them, so printer detects them as cleaning cartridges. When I was finished with the cleaning, I installed the chips back, but only two cartridges are detected. One black and one cyan. When I swap blacks, printer detects cartridge as it moves. When I swap cyan, the cartridge is detected only in one slot. I checked, that I installed correct color chip on each cartridge. I also tried to swap them around, but no luck.

Any suggestion what could be wrong or how to troubleshoot the issue is welcome.

Problem solved. The problem was that the chips didn't have proper contact with a little board on a side which suppose to power them and get the information. Small piece of cardboard behind the chip which raised it, solved the problem.
