Persistent error code E-05 on brother BES 6 head: (Stop position error.)

New Member
Waking up a long-dormant 6 head Brother. It does a lot of stopping on 150 instead of 100, throwing that E-05 code. We manually push it back to 100 and start up again. Does it a lot, with no discernable reason, needle position, or any other pattern...it just does it. Any ideas? Other than that it stitches beautifully, and should be a great machine soon.
