photoprint server pro 6 and fb950

when i try to install hp scitex fb 950 in photoprint server pro 6 it make this error:
Add setup failed.
in some computer it work and in another no.
it driving me crazy.
i installed 3 type of OS like vista, 7 and xp.
every type of videolanbut i dont think is videolan problem because first time i installed it without videolan and it go ok, but cant find the printer.
if someone can help me and explain WHY in dont work i will offer a cool beer in Rome.

Have you found a solution to your "add setup failed" problem yet (as I'm having the exact same issue)? I'll buy a cold beer in Calgary for any solution!

try and retry

finally the printer was installed.
i try do install and delete many videonet protocol and i dont know why but finally it work.
in same computer no problem, in other dont work.
i dont know why.
