Photoshop CS & CS3 issues, Any input?

Hey all,
I just installed a new wireless printer/scanner all in one deal from Epson. Everything is working fine but it seems since I installed it Photoshop doesn't work anymore. It seems as it is starting up it crashes on while it is scanning for twain devices.

Anyone have this problem or know how to fix it?

Any help is greatly appreciated!

The epson and Photoshop are both fighting for the same resources. Disable the epson utilities (or uninstall them and contact Epson tech support for a workaround)
