how do you load a color pallett that you can yous for prints on a roland sp 540 or what pallett do you use ?

You can select the color mode using the Image Menu > Mode to establish your workspace as RGB, CMYK or other.

You can set the sliders of the color mode to whatever style you prefer regardless of the color mode setting.

You can set the swatches palette to any number of different libraries with Pantone Solid Coated probably being the most popular.
