pinchroll error invalid right position

Hi,

new trouble on XC-540 .... I'm tired of it!

Ok, now the printer says "pinchroll error invalid right position". media is properly set, pinch rollers are in the right place.

What can be wrong this time?? I looked for the media sensor and tried to clean it, but I guess this is not the thing I must do.
Anyone with the same issue?

Cut carriage cable and guides. It's that simple.
Yep... it happens on XC-540's too...

Hi,

problem fixed. Media sensor was out of its place, maybe caused by hitting the media or something.

Disassemble the media cutter and then, behind and in the botton of the cut carriage there's the media sensor. Simply unscrew and screw in right position.
