Pink Printing Monocro. Yellow

With the Mimaki JV-33 160,

We have been having issues with our printer switching over to the backup cartridges (for those who do not know, the new mimaki has a space for 2 cartrides side by side as opposed to 1).

We've been having this earth shattering problem that when a cartridge runs out, the print continues to go on without a certain color. Therefor ruining everything. (We have contacted advantage and been told its just a glitch.)

Today, we are printing pink swatches for a test print.
When we print, they appear monochromatic... YELLOW!?

Has anyone else experienced this problem...
We are trying all we can to fix it... Fiddle with the cartridges, Turn off Printer, Re-Open files, Close File, Change this, Change that, Unplug this, Unplug that, Test Draw Wash.. The works..

Anyone Know about this?!

When you do a test draw, do all the colors check out okay, or are some dropped out?

The ink lines from the cartridges to the head run a crossover link between like colors to allow the machine to draw from the full cartridge while you change the empty. It sounds like these may have been installed incorrectly.
