Discussion Place a Roland DX7 prinhead on Mimaki: worth trying?

Hi there folks! Can you tell me if the Roland and Mimaki DX7 gold printhead are the exact same thing? Here in my country, Mimaki's DX7 is 3 times the price of a Roland's DX7 and some sellers say it's the same thing and the pricing difference is just a matter of label. But I'm not so sure. Have you ever seen a DX7 Roland printhead running well on a Mimaki Machine? Or they're trying to scam me? At first sight, I couldn't tell the difference between then. Thanks in advance for any contributions.

The heads will have a part number on the small header circuit board. If that matches, should be fine.
