Plastic license plates

I have a customer who is insisting on 2 color on white plastic license plates but the colors (black and red) need to be actual black and red plastic. Not painted, not printed vinyl and not screen printed. Is this possible and can anyone refer a supplier?

It's technically possible. You could router cut black and red plastic and glue it to the white plate I guess?

Thanks! This was his last message... "he does not want screen print non-raised letters. He wants the color to be "in" the plastic." Does this make any sense? If so, I'd be interested in a quantity of 50 but if your minimum is more just let me know. Thanks You've done work for us before. I'll shoot you an email as well.

He is requesting that the colors be IN the plastic or be the plastic. I found ones that are 2 color but not 3 color.

This info may/may not be useful, but a long time ago I outsourced a laser cut license plate job to a shop in FL. 3 color design (black, orange, and clear) on a mirror background. Qty 50 pcs @ about $15/ea. They did a fantastic job, and they were quick! laserautotags.com
