PLEASE ADVISE. Magenta completely absent from test draw on UJF-3042.

When I run the test draw, the magenta is completely absent and the blue is pretty spotty as well. I've tried multiple extended nozzle washes (40-60 minutes) and hard cleanings with no real improvement. Any responses would be appreciated. Thanks!

Usually it's a bad damper when there is no ink shooting and hard cleanings do not help. They are kind of a pain to change but it can be done and it's not too difficult. Let me know if this was your problem.

What would be the solution for the cyan? I'm having a similar problem. Tried washing and hard cleaning the head frequently without success.
