Please help Identify

Can someone please help identify the fonts in this picture?
It looks like the upper case and lower case are the same
font, but I'm not 100% sure. Any help is appreciated.

Cordale bold? I may be wrong after looking at the whole font family but it is in the ballpark. Looks like it has been modified. They made it bolder with rounded corners, possibly. John

Looking thru the pdf posted I looked at the list of fonts used and the one for "evergreen" is .... Kefa ..... http://www.identifont.com/show?2HUZ
