Any version of draw will work with flexi 7.6.
Within Draw you can scan convert to vector and export in a format that flexi can deal with.
I use Draw X3 with flexi 7.6 - export my cut files out of draw via the .ai format set back to version 3.3 - all you want are the paths with no strokes if you are cutting.
Depending on the level of Flexi you have you should be able to scan vectorize and cut within Flexi without the need for CorelDraw.
(Not sure if vectorizing is included in all levels they sell)
