Plotter Blade Angles

Hello Newbie Gary here. I have been out of the loop for some time and need to buy some fresh plotter blades for my Roland vinyl cutter. Could someone please tell me what the purpose is for the different angles of plotter blade? What is the best angle of blade to buy for cutting simple graphics and lettering? Thank you for your help!
