Question Plotter / Cutter

Hi , I have decided the HP latex 315 is the way to go for my printing solution but there seems to be endless options for plotters/cutters, i would love to hear some opinions from you guys.

I hear the summa or graphtec are the main contenders but an idea on what models would be great.

Thanks Frank but I will be going for a refurbished model to start out with so the cutter choice will be mine.
