Plotter Master/Plotter Depot?

I have decided that it is time to replace my trusty L25500. I am going to stick with HP latex, and per the recommendations of many here I want to go with the 300 series. I have talked to the people at Plotter Masters/Plotter Depot and they have some good deals on refurbished HP printers and they allow for trade ins on older machines. My only concern is I have never heard of this company and I don't like spending large amounts of money without doing my homework. Has anyone dealt with them before? Good/bad?
