plotter problem digitize mode?????

[Hog Wild graphics]

I cannot cut. When I put in vinyl it goes into digitize mode ask for pen up or pen down and then it just runs vinyl. Cannot get the menu up to find where to get it out of digitize mode.

Anyone ever have this problem????

I just reset. off then back on and hold enter and up at the same time. Reset to factory defaults.

Sounds like you need to change the language you are using. If you are going from a PC using Flexi to the Graphtec change the plotter language to HPGL on the plotter.

It seems to be something with the computer because if I unplug usb and turn it on it works fine but as soon as I connect usb I get the error and the material starts moving.

FYI If anyone else runs into this problem, the software for plotter is corrupt and needs to be uninstalled and reinstalled.
