I have been plotting MP 1105 for quite a long time and honestly every time on corners of text it always catches and just doesn't do a very good job. Anyone having this issue and or a fix? we are running a Mimaki cg-160

Arial - it's almost helvetica
Arlon slx and slx+ plot better imo. Doesn't help any but maybe it has something to do with the release liner?

We've been slowly moving from 3M IJ180cv3 to Avery MPI 1105EZ RS and I have to agree that it doesn't weed great.

I've tried cutting on our Summa roll (tangential) plotter, and on our Summa F flatbed (tangential & drag knife) with varying results, none of them great.

Like Notarealsignguy said, I think it might have something to do with the liner/air-egress pattern in the adhesive.
