Pls help ! Roland BN20 waste tube fall off

Today I found some drops of ink on the ground，

And I open the side panel to view.

The pipe used to drain the waste ink was found to be fall off.

But I can't see inside.

Can someone tell me where these two pipes were originally connected ？？

Never had a BN20 but it should be similar to the VS series. They usually connect at the top end to the captop where the head sits. The other ends go to the waste ink pump.

Roland has an excellent tech support, call them.. I have a BN20 but haven't experienced that issue, fingers crossed you get it resolved.
