Hi I have a pnc 1100 it was configurated but now can't load the paper before it was menu was about blades cut and now just a menu where says command the I/O and rotate. Actually I have a parallel cable connected to lap top. I work with corel but now I can't see the main menu.

Hi,
Looks like the cutter hasn't detected you put in your vinyl.
Try applying some downward pressure on the lever that holds the vinyl to see if this changes the menu.
