After 15 years of performance, our Roland PNC-1850 has shown it's first sign of its age.....a broken pinch roller handle.
I broke the handle off one of them when pushing it down to lock the wheel up. Now the roller is stuck in the down position under spring tension.
Does anyone know where to find replacement parts for this? Roland, nor our Roland service tech, is able to offer parts for this model.
Interestingly, the plotter can still function, but it's damn near impossible to jimmy the pinch roller for loading/unloading.
Thanks!
