Polica Car font...HEEEEEELP!

I don't do the cars for the city, but I DO lettering for the body shop that works on city vehicles. So I've gotta cut some letters for a police car, and have no idea what this font is, nor do I have the original file. And the cars are done by another shop here in town, and they're not about to give up the file to me. Any help?
