port error

hello everyone, when i try to print with mimaki cjv30-160 it says error port, printer not found.. cable is connected, and I removed in Printer Managment program, but now wont recognize to add again the same machine..
What are posibilities of this error.. could be the machine port damaged..

my program is rasterlink pro 5sg, on win7 64 bit
Also I tried on XP with 32bit rs4 sg, but is the same thing.
