Pounce Tutorial for SP540v

Greetings All -

First off, many thanks to all who responded to my previous posts. With your help I was able to get the SP540v I inherited from another department up and running this week.

Now on to utilizing all of its features. The previous operator/department purchased a pounce tool to make templates for painting large scale graphics on the sides of buildings. They were never able to get it working. There was some chatter going around that they needed a special adapter or something in order to use the pounce tool.

Questions...

Does anyone have a link to a good tutorial that disucsses how to set up a pounce job? I get the concept, I just have no idea where/how to start.

Does anyone know about this so-called adapter? Or, was that possibly a cop-out for not being able to get it working?

I've read through the numerous posts about pouncing being painstankingly slow, but my employer has given me a directive to get it working. HELP!!!

Finally, the prior operator is of no use. Let's just say they were not happy when the SP540v was relocated into my operation.

Many thanks to all who help.
