Power on Maintenance Mimaki JF 1631 issue

I replaced rubber caps and one damper and now I have tried to restart 4 times. There is normally a power on maintenance countdown. Right now on my first restart it started at 1, jumped to 12, then went up to 13 and stopped. Then powered down and unplugged and this time it showed 1 real quick then jumped to 14 and stayed on 14. 3rd Try it showed 1 and then jumped to 16 and stayed there. And this last time it showed 1 and then jumped to 17 and stayed there. I assume I have disrupted something replacing the damper.


Any thoughts on this?

Jay - Are you still using this printer? We are thinking our JF 1631 has given up the ghost but I am hopeful that someone has a service manual for it.
