Print Adjust 2 Question

I just went trough the painstaking process of doing the Print Adjust 2 with the heads in the down and thin position on the Thin/High Speed setting. We use this setting/position for all our vinyl prints. For banners, we use the head up/thick position.

If I do the Print Adjust 2 in the thick/high speed setting, will I be messing up the setting for PA2 in the thin/HiSp?
