Here’s the timeline of repairs on my Roland XC-540:
I had some serious print problems with my magenta and got the print head replaced. The test print was significantly better but not perfect.
Then per the advice of my supplier and tech support, I replaced all 6 s-caps on each color. Even though the test print is now much better, the alignment is now off when I do a real print
Are my S-caps off alignment or are is the print head off alignment? Please advise
