Has anyone come across this phenomenon? We've printed some 8' long decals and have noticed that the print appears to be deflecting in the middle. I don't think it's a tracking issue as it seems to come back into line at the end of the print.
On items with a white background it's hardly noticible, but on a solid background it can be as much as 3/16" in the middle of the print. The image below is exaggerated to show the effect.
Any ideas? Does the printer (Roland VP-540) need some kind of calibration?
