I just got finished replacing my print head and the print head cap. Now when I am starting it up it starts the cleaning process and when the head starts to move during the process it seems to bind between the print head and the print head cap and causes a motor error. And when I push a little on the print head cap it seems to snap back down. What could be causing this? When I was following a youtube video from stahls to replace the printhead cap I was doing it as it went along. And then it said to put the large spring beneath the print head cap back on the same way it came off. I have tried both ways but no luck. Any suggestions?
