Need Help Print Head Replacement

Are there any videos, steps, or how to's on replacing a head on a Roland VersaCamm VS540? I'm looking to replace the head and don't want to make a mess. Is there a way to clamp off the ink?

There is a lot more to it than just swapping the head over and not making a mess! If you have never done this before I would really advise getting a technician to do it for you as you can easily damage the new head or something else, plus you need to calibrate it and set it up properly once fitted.

My advise would be get a Roland technician to do it. The head is REALLY expensive and needs calibration.
I had a similar problem and tried doing it myself!.
Believe me save the headache and let them fix it for you.
