Print Issues

I own a Chinese machine using Hoson board with a Dx7 print head.I have been having issues print with the machine and I can't figure out what could be wrong.When I run a test print it only brings out one color at a time and when I send print jobs the prints do not come out perfect.I have attached pictures and a video

Your test prints indicate problems. Did you try cleaning the heads, and do another test?
You also seem to have a calibration issue.

Yes I have done some cleaning but still no change on the quality of prints.Test prints are not coming in sequential order but one block of color at any test attempt

I have no experience with the printer you're using. Also, print jocky newb here. That said, tossing out my thoughts... You might have bad print heads. It also looks like you need to do some calibration. Not a tech, just trying to point you in a direction I would take. If I was in your situation.
