print onto magnets

Drip Dry

New Member
Now that I have the new L360, the questions pop into my head.

Is it possible to print directly to magnet.

If I can, I would like to print on something like Magnum magnetics

Anyone have any suggestions

============

I would never do it on my roland. Guess I just thought it would
cause head crashes or the magnetic pull would stall the machine

I've printed on .030 magnum magnetics product before. I have an L210. Just be careful of the length of runs because it gets heavy fast.

Do you mean heavy on the output end ?

I think it would be just a pair at a time.

Just wondering if I could possibly damage the machine

Its possible to print direct to magnets but no recommended due to weight/thickness of the material, its simply does not feed thru printer good. If you have flatbed - different story. I print on vinyl then transfer to magnetic sheet.
