Looking for a Print Production Coordinator for our in-house production department on the digital press side. We are a Pittsburgh based graphic design firm that produces and coordinates print production and fulfillment for our clients internally with our own production capabilities, and also with the help of outside vendors. The ideal candidate will have good problems solving skills in both strategic and tactical thinking. Experience with Konica Minolta digital presses and Flux software a plus. This is an on-site (not remote) position that works with our account manager and designer to collectively think and solve problems for our clients. Pricing and Estimation
Sourcing materials and vendors
Internal quotes and estimates for customers
Cost accounting
Fulfillment estimates
Hands-on work with production, finishing and large multi-piece shipments
Understanding of color and substrates
Equipment maintenance, calibration, and selection
Color and quality control
Familiarity with InDesign and Illustrator
Coordination with fellow employees and external clients
Update projects in tracking software software
Utilize UPS, USPS, LTL Freight, and other shipping methods
