We are looking for an experienced print production/operator to join our team. Applicant will have a minimum of 2-3 years experience operating/maintaining/trouble-shooting roll to roll and/or flatbed printers as well as digital cutters. Applicant will have experience with both solvent and UV ink sets using ONYX or similar Rips. We currently run a Mimaki JV300-160 plus, a Mimaki UJV100-160 and a Vanguard VKM-600 flatbed UV along with a Summa roll to roll cutter and a Summa flatbed cutter. All machines are in excellent condition and no more than 2-3 years old. Operator must be able to lift rolls and/or sheet goods ranging from 1-50 lbs regularly to load/unload printers. This full-time position offers competitive pay, plus benefits.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operation of both solvent and UV roll to roll printers
- Operation of flatbed UV printer.
- Operation of roll or flatbed cutter for producing contour cuts on prints
- General maintenance of printers and other related equipment
- Tracking inventory of materials/supplies used for printer operations
- Ability to detect problems with print files
- Self starter and natural problem solver with an eye for detail
- Experience with RGB and CMYK colorspace and how it affects printing
- Experience with multiple printers, cutters and how to maintain them
- Experience with a variety of graphics files and ONYX rips
- Highly organized with excellent (visual and written) communication skills
- Ability to follow instruction
- A strong desire to be a part of a team with a solid work ethic

- Self-motivation and a desire to continually grow and learn new skills
